4. Return Shipping Costs:
- Domestic Returns: We offer paid return shipping for domestic returns. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
